Argentinian Meat Pie

this proves the world is mixing...an Argentinian dish is cooked by a Vietnamese girl and eaten by a Malaysian. Star cooked a dish she learned from her Argentinian flatmate, Andrea. its basically like mum's shepherd pie..except..its cooked with mince meat..topped with mash potatoes...im not really sure what mum puts in her shepherd pie but i remember there was mash potatoes too.....but both are different in their own way and both taste Greeaaat...mum, pls send us the recipe for shepherd pie.star would love to try it.
